Desk Collection strategy was adopted across the Sales and Operations divisions due to its measurable efficiency and control.

Oversee corporate fundamental performance resulted from the 9 company focused initiatives based on 2021 3 corporate strategic pillars.
With or without supervisor, lead weekly meetings with group heads prior to those initiatives and execute/monitor action plan results.

Reported to Group Head Micro Business and Portfolio and Responsible for growing, developing, and managing a new microfinance portfolio in one of the 10 biggest banks in the country that belongs to Maybank Group.
Lead directly 90 microcredit analysts, 10 quality assurance officers/ managers, collection managers, portfolio, and system development team. Through sales strategy & sales management monitoring, I also indirectly lead more than 200 account officers, 94 unit managers, 8 cluster managers & 3 region heads to grow the business and maintain great credit quality.
Setup proper fundamental microcredit, system, portfolio, policy, control, collection and stretched to sales strategy & sales management.
Overall, we have grown almost 30 times bigger compared to prior joining the company. The strong growth is placed with strong fundamental quality. We have only 0.3% NPL after 3 years since its birth with 98% of customers in good and current. This placed us in one of the most promising micro banking in the country back then
Lead at least 10 key initiatives/projects through quick wins proper project methodology : yearly sales & business plan, sales productivity tracking through 4DX, sales incentive scheme, micro mobile, SOP development & implementation, loan origination system (LOS) implementation, policy stop & go development, collection strategy & policy.
May’15-Sep’15 : fully assigned to develop future strategy & projects to penetrate the market, accelerate process, strengthen relationship & control through micro mobile android system development & implementation.
Oct ’15 – Feb’16 : Re-assigned back to the handle portfolio and led a Task Force Team to improve the portfolio. The team is confirmed to be The Best Improved Task Force Team in the closing year of Dec-2015. Through this achievement, management assigned the full responsibility for National Portfolio quality in Mar-16. The number of impaired customer improved up to 2 times better
